The Obama Administration's claims to being fiscally responsible are laughable on their face.  It is also noteworthy that any statistical manipulations which paint a picture of restraint are equally farcical. It seems much more likely that any reigning in of spending is the result of the 2010 fall Elections and the influx of those terrible "Tea Party" bigots.
