Marijuana
Should be legalized and reasonably regulated and taxed.
I am not a huge Penn Jillette fan. I think he usually over-uses the F word (not in clip below, however). This overuse usually makes his arguments weaker IMHO.
Jillette does get it right more often than not. This is one of those cases where he
is on the money.

Guilty. He is where he should be. Though not long enough.
Al Sharpton
Does not deserve any attention, air-time or respect – Period. End of discussion.
Term Limits
…an idea whose time has come (and gone). Nobody should spent more than a dozen years in Congress – period. They should not receive their pay for the rest of their lives either. It wont happen unless we amend the constitution. We need to get on this.
Congress should be purged.
Everybody (with half a brain) thinks congress is doing a terrible job. Most people think that everybody in Congress needs to go – except their guy. Which kinda makes it unlikely that anything is going to change any time soon.
Abortion
Abortion should, generally, be avoided and discouraged.
The predominance of this controversy as a litmus test for those seeking all levels of public office is ridiculous.
It is not the definitive statement on the subject, by any means, but I tend to agree with Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan. See Article here
Maybe it should be legal, safe and rare, too.
Trayvon Martin
Everybody should shut the hell up and stop convicting Mr. Zimmerman (or declaring him innocent) without knowing anything about what happened.
Why is it that we had Moron Congressmen and Congresswomen (sworn to uphold the Constitution) declaring him guilty (cold blooded murder , hunted down in the street like a rabid dog) when they had no clue what the evidence showed or did not show?
(also why will the probably be re-elected)
And the media gave them air time to say it?
Same with Al Sharpton and his charleton cohorts. (see Tawana Brawley http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tawana_Brawley_rape_allegations where he earned a name for himself under similar circumstances.)
